The release states that management "anticipates " monthly sales.
That in itself would make the market wonder if, in fact, it will happen. So not surprised with initial market reaction.
Also, once again, we don't know what price they achieved and whether they "anticipate " the volume to stay at 8000t or increase.
At least they sold something this month even if it is a tenth of what previous managements yearly predictions would require.
