    As reported last week we have seen moderate high volume down days into exhaustion and very low volume accumulation. Now we have two high volume up days. A Wycoffian breakout.

    Or in other words smart money was watching the decline and waiting for the spark of news and has seen it and has acted.

    With more news coming this breakout might surprise us all.
