I think PL advised by the met team has got this right.
Look at benefication first ,simple ,low CAPEX/OPEX and early cash flow.
Just pick the cherries first.
Later, look at leach techniques on other areas ,once money in the bank.
This is a massive discovered area, pick up the easy stuff first ,you can value add later .
