If you bother to read announcements and watch video presentations you would see that Lindian has made and continues to make great progress towards becoming a REE producer.
If you bother to research REE prices you will see that they are at a low having fallen over 50% from last year highs.
If you bother to check share prices of ASX listed REE stocks you will see that they have all fallen between 50-90%.
If you bother to study and understand how the share market operates you will find that supply and demand of a stock determines it’s shareprice and not its Chairman or CEO.
