I may well be talking "garbo" (in fact I hope I am wrong as a long term holder and with a fair chunk of shares), BUT ...
as @bruham pointed out, it seems Mr Market is thinking along the same lines as perhaps I do. I hope, as you say, Mr Market is talking "garbo" and will soon correct itself and you can then approve of it.
In the meantime, we need management to help repair confidence. Thos has been generally the opinion across all devices here, be it garbo or whatever else you want to call/label it, ... i dont give a rat's shyte as long as management CONSISTENTLY deliver to PROVE themselves committed.
I do welcome this news though but consistency and meeting timelines IS THE KEY.
