SP is directly correlated to what investors value a company at any given time. Youd think 2 years after a PFS investors would value the company equally if not higher as the project advanced further would you not? We're valued somewhere around 4 times lower, you happy with that?

Go look at the chart of any developing company, looks the same. FMG in 2008 had a high of $12 before dropping to $1.80 in a 3 month period. it then, for all intents and purposes, went sideways for 10 years before they got a decent rally.
