so is he selling on the pumps and not declaring? As owning over 5% he is required to disclose? I think the way he had previously would have been heaps easier, with a true CEO with experience comes ego, he will not want to be told what to do, and cannot be told what to do by a shareholder. It happens I know but with retail owning more then 70% the CEO has bigger numbers to please then one 5% holder.
