In MLS case I was holding MLSC which have already expired. If they could do it for the D's I would also like them to do it for the C's if not too late.

Here's an example of one another company is doing now. The company can dictate the terms as they see fit. Only previous holders of the expired options can apply. Instead of 1:2 they could make it 1:1 or whatever they want.

These options were about to expire worthless however due to this announcement buyers were snapping up as many as they could get cheaply on the last day.
