They won't need to muscle into Taronga. They will be invited to help fund it, They will retain around 30%. If there are difficulties on startup or metal price sinks and/or clear growth plans are in place they will move to majority ownership or full takeover depending on how the plans like Rentials part 2 (the fumer) are going. I actually anticipate amount of Sn to come of Rentials will have some effect on the supply-demand and thus the price of Sn.
I had that done to me in MDL in developing Grand Cote in Senegal by Eramaet big French company in developing the massive Grand Cote mineral sand mine in Senegal. My only mistake was not maximising T/O sale price which Allan Gray FM did a lot better. That was two decades ago but I've learned. We're in the cat-bird seat.
It's possible I'm being too positive but these guys are excellent operators. I think the role of Mr Gunzberg isn't being recognized.
