Not that it is particularly important in this case as is a marketing (mailchimp) email link but the part at the end of the URL after (and including the ?) is a tracking reference (a referrer website, or an ID of yourself in this case). Just for future reference you can delete this text from the link and it will still work. No need to panic, just good practice to delete this bit. Especially if people pass on links to paid websites including news websites like The Australian etc
