Looks like they can walk and chew gum at the same time. Also sends a subtle message to Greentech- you're not the only game in town.
When I asked my (older) brother about negotiating tactics he said the only real advantage to be gained is when the other party knows you can walk away from the deal. In the three decades since I found that to be the case.
If you'll pardon a story. I've always tried to get him to negotiate on cars for me. Weren't we surprised when he ended up with a $100K Merc. for $50K (for himself).
It certainly trumps my story about real miners keeping old cars.
