Looks like the board have decided they will pursue all avenues for growth in the tin space, between this, Greentech and Rentails.
Personally I would rather us invest cash in growth now and issue franked dividends later (larger if the growth investment pays off) than pay unfranked dividends now and use future cashflow plus debt to invest in growth.
