I'll interpret that as a "please explain". He had been scanning some arcane for sale notices for some time. Found some Saudi guy in the Eastern states who had the Merc. for a year or two and hardly used it then changed his mind. So he negotiated with him and the guy said ok on $50K after some resistance. He then got it railed back here to Perth. What my brother was surprised about was that when he picked it up the near new Merc. was just sitting there with no real security.
