    Someone else posted The Australian article below, which suggests SFR 'tried to make a late entry' into the capital raise. Maybe they are acquiring, which would be great for holders.

    On a separate note, I'm sure there are rules about this, but in a cap raise, can't the board favour friendly institutional funds and give shares away for a huge discount, at the expense of say, APAC who would presumably have gobbled up a huge stake rather than acquiring at 17c+, or SFR who similarly might kick them out?

    Seems to be a pretty big conflict of interest between directors and shareholders if your directors can go out raise money and dilute the angry holders. I wouldn't mind the board that much if the cost base for all my shares was 15c...
