The way it's written is that these payments have not been mentioned previously, yet the directors fees were previously mentioned. There's no notes there that stipulates it was the directors fees previously mentioned. Why would you do it like that? That's a sloppy practice if you're right and could be used to mislead people by unscrupulous operators hiding extra remuneration. Sloppy or dodgy, one or the other IMO
