    To say that a $750k purchase moved the price 500% is a bit misleading. I think personally the $750k purchase and good PR put them on the radar.

    Buyers sentiment drove the price.

    I for one have been here from near the beginning, I thought it was cheap then and still do but a 500% increase still won't have everyone above what they paid for MTC.
