'Arc Minerals agrees option to sell Šturec project for US$8mln plus royalty'.
So from my understanding of this transaction, MTC will pay $750000 to Arc and they (Arc) will be eligible for royalties capped at a specific level. So the sturec asset value alone exceeds the current market cap of MTC.
