They’re waiting for a favourable 30 day VWAP suitable for raising capital without theBoard losing their positions of control over the company I imagine. It would b advantageous for that scenario for a friendly group of traders to assist in raising the price to that end in order to recapitalise us so Directors can maintain their income from various fees. They could potentially absorb a loss through other entities and still profit handsomely from fees if inclined
