The study done in 2013 was based on open pit design. Surely the bod would have approached the local govt in one way or another and advised them they were looking at an open pit mine and would there be any objections.this is what I would have done if the answer was yes there is an issue I would move onto something else why spend shareholder time and money if it's no chance of getting the project off the ground I don't get it. They have said that a significant amount of desk top due diligence has already been completed.
