At least now we know why the BoD spent our capital visiting China to inspect the Lithium carbonate plant (disused that no one wants). They’re going to magically convert it to a clean mining gold processing facility and ship the low grade ore from Slovakia from the open pit mine (that locals don’t want) to China and make loads of $$$$. They’re going to achieve all of this without any CAPEX by the company because a non-equity investor is going to take all the risk.

The big picture is so clear. MTC market cap so undervalued, but then, it’s hard to put a value on something this clever and unique so naturally the market just doesn’t get it.
