I'm sure that all will be revieled when/,if they hand over the 420k that should be around the time the next Q is due in Jan.They have said that a significant amount of technical due diligence has already been completed.I suppose they are concentrating on Financial and legal aspects.Maybe the financial part revolves around the bit about no-equity focused strategic investors.
