So when a buyer places a BUY order for 4c and the seller SELLS at 1c there could be 2 scenarios depending on execution price (which in turns depends on excess volume of buy / sell).
Scenario 1: Execution price of 1c - BUYER gets the stock at 1c
Scenario 2: Execution price of 4c - SELLER get the stock at 4c.
There is NO POCKETING THE DIFFERENCE BY BROKER.
Enough said.
