So when a buyer places a BUY order for 4c and the seller SELLS...

    So when a buyer places a BUY order for 4c and the seller SELLS at 1c there could be 2 scenarios depending on execution price (which in turns depends on excess volume of buy / sell).
    Scenario 1: Execution price of 1c - BUYER gets the stock at 1c
    Scenario 2: Execution price of 4c - SELLER get the stock at 4c.
    There is NO POCKETING THE DIFFERENCE BY BROKER.

    Enough said.

    Rick many here are trying to educate you myself included. the least you can do is show respect to the rest of HC members and learn from their views rather than be unwilling to learn. That what we all are here for on HC.
