Of course, the 0.8 is snapped up as soon as it opens and so are some of the 0.9 so it opens at 0.9 as that is the price of the last sale and there are still some available at that price. If the 0.8 guy wants them he'll have to raise his offer or the seller will ha e to lower his of he wants to let them go. It's not hard to understand at all
