Sturec is a dud for MTC IMO. Fact is MTC does not have the capital or a BoD capable of moving the project forward. I have zero confidence in this BoD.
If they were serious then the announcement to purchase would have also included information about how the project will be funded and progressed. It contained sweet FA, sorry, advance desktop studies is the plan. Pffft!
