I suspect the "quiet" is because the Chairman & his partner are waiting to receive their 6 million shares to be approved first and then in turn their in-specie distribution of new Lithium Co (?). Can't see anything too much happening before that. I have no idea how to value New Co. They've had some very decent hits with the drill bit but it's pie in the sky stuff at this stage. I'm curious, can I ask why you think the lithium ground is the "crown jewels"? There's nothing proven up like there is with the Slovakian gold asset though it's an awesome time simply by virtue of sentiment to have anything lithium as your primary focus. That alone will see it get a bid I suspect. I'll be interested to see whether the Chairman applies for any stock in the priority allocation.
