There is a recent presedent in the resource recently announced cxo transaction, essentially valuing the ground they acquired at $1mill per exploration target Mt. That ground has had I think less drilling than cancet, but I could be wrong. Lithium I see over next 1-10 years as having far more upside than gold that's the main factor. If the ET is in the ballpark theres good potential there to come online in the middle of the supply squeeze around 2025/6 I suspect.
