Looks fairly clear to me. People done well to read and digest so quickly, especially with no current holding.
10M/13M IPO once listed with 5-8M in cash depending on how much is raised. MTC will own roughly half depending of subscription.
Chris Evans facilitating with a view of running the show post spinout. Wouldn't suspect there would be issues raising the money with chris involved. Also wouldn't imagine he'd be associated even on a consultancy basis if he felt there were red flags, but just my view.
Irrespectively we'll see how the market reacts over the coming days/week.
