Information about a company that isn't in an announcement doesn't make it insider information.
For instance, are you now acting on inside information after seeing this historic picture from drilling at Rusty Lake from ~50 years ago which MTC never put into any announcements? Announcements can't include every detail about everything otherwise each would be hundreds of pages long.
MTC have already announced that it was 3 of the 249 claims at the time. I don't see a problem with asking whether these claims were edge ones bordering another claimholder or ones near the strike. I don't know if you'll get an answer but I don't see the problem with just asking.
I can't help but wonder if your unwillingness to send one email is because you'd rather continue making suggestive speculation to spread doubt and negativity from a trivial, inconsequential detail.
