This was .33 at its peak. That's some degree of lowering for a CR! But even if we see .33 as a spike, and .24 as a more reasonable peak, it hardly seems reasonable to quarter the price for a CR, and over six months?? That doesn't sound deliberate to me. That sounds like a steady decline due to loss of confidence.
