They made peace and are now just neighbours to Atrum, no cutting involved.
And considering the alternative to selling down individual projects is to give away part of the whole company to raise money, it's definitely lesser of two unavoidable evils. I don't think money raised would have to be near last traded, but even last capital raise at 24c was on the low side for the entire company imo given it's 2c per project and every one of them has merit.
