Point 1. WRONG - BCC invested at $0.18 per share.
Point 2. SPECULATION is all MTC shareholders have right now. Cash reserves dwindling, exploration refund not a certainty and project level sell down mentioned several times now. Hardly paranoia, more like reading between the lines. These ‘regulations’ you speak of only protect shareholders to a certain degree, it would be up to the shareholders to prove wrong doing, then, the regulators ‘might’ step in but it ‘might’ be too late and take years for anything to be done.
