Yes BCC paid 18c. I didn't consider this to be an event comparable to a capital raise, an investment from an overseas partner 8 months after IPO of a mining explorer is extremely rare and desirable. Apparently I'm not the only one who thought so...
6 days later the share price was 40c on over 4M shares traded in a single day, do you still want to say I was 'WRONG' in not categorizing this event as 'destructive'? If anyone felt short changed by the dilution that deal caused they had the chance to cash out at all time highs very easily.
As for speculation, this is a nanocap speculative explorer.
But the speculation part is meant to be on the size of the deposit and the future profitibility.In what way is an exploration refund not a certainty?
The government can't just fail to uphold their obligations to companies operating in their jurisdiction (except in the DRC)
