Lots of discussion and hypothesis regarding the extension of the closing date of SPP but my understanding is pretty simple. Couple of large shareholders reached out to company saying we haven’t received any SPO paper yet and we don’t deal anything online, so could you please extend the closing date? And management agreed. I personally know a large shareholder who doesn’t do anything online, typical paper based investor. He is more than 70 years old so you can understand his mentality. No need to research too much about the extension of the deadline.
