The headline looks great… I’ve been digging pretty deep.. and do have some questions…
using a 0.3g/t Au cut-off (that is the lowest I’ve ever seen) The question one must ask is how much of this deposit is really feasible?
A google earth oversight reveals how close the deposit is to the nearby town, my research reveals that former company owner did not get the support of the community for open pit at the time.
I think it’s worth asking a geologist their opinion on the deposit.. these types of deposits have amazing bonanza veins however mineralisation in between can be quite low grade… so for instance if they hit a solid bonanza section of 1-2mts @ 100-500gpt section and then divide it over 100mts of mineralisation… the rest of the mineralisation might only average 0.3-0.5gpt (so that’s a lot of non feasible dirt to get to the feasible dirt).
I’m neutral on the company.. However this is one company that will require extra due diligence on… the headline announcements look amazing, however a deeper look is definitely recommended… especially on the deposit location, open pit potential, and feasibility of grades. DYOR
