Thanks Maxi , so that's how it makes sense to me from a technical point.
From another perspective and addressing your concerns re. management and the lithium & cobalt , these items were Hot 1- 2 years ago so management was on the right track but this gold resource is an absolute company maker imo.
Whatever is with managements past everyone deserves and needs a second , third chance in this business , I've dealt with the ex MD of Summit Resources Alan something in the past, he went belly up a couple of times over the years before he struck it rich with uranium going back about 13 years or so & Paladin Resources bought them out for $500 mill. He was in the right spot with the right resource and found a buyer with big pockets.

I'm quite certain the SP will increase in due course once the seller is gone and management want to see the SP going up, if NOT , I can easily build a 10-20 mill & be at 20% share holding and me and my investors can easily take MTC for $15 mill , fully fund the gold mining with con. notes no dilution in the short term and than see where the market cap will end up.

PS: this pricing scenario I posted before for MTC at a P/E ratio of 10 this would equate to $12.50 per share, at a P/E of 15 it is $18.75 within a year max 2 years does not even take into consideration resource increase or gold price increase
Than there is the lithium & cobalt , give it a couple of years world and oil price will back to normal , batteries , electric cars will be the future again and by than MTC should be well positioned financially to look at developing these tenements
