I think that’s such a cop out, skin in the game...remember there was no game until they got SH and investors on board. It’s not like they can liquidate any meaningful amount of those shares no matter the share price anyway it’s just paper unless MTC gets acquired. We and those two know the probability of that, so ask yourself, what’s the next best thing to collect cash? Here’s a hint, human nature dictates that most people choose the easiest route. That’s why a lot stay in jobs they hate even though they can move and get more, or marriages with no love, a life of routine. It’s easy, and it’s enough. Why do you think they want to do another IPO? It’s much easier to do that than get this to any meaningful position. There’s a reason why they’re on the board of three or four companies collecting fees.
