That's not what's happened though. We swapped one geologist for another, in the position of Technical Director and in addition lost a Managing Director who has not been replaced. We now have on the BoD a Non Executive Chairman, a Non Executive Director and one Technical Director. What we need is representation from BCC on the Board IMO, preferably as MD.
