Personally, I'm happy with the Board. Removal of the previous MD and tech consultant wasn't a bad move. Addition of Quinton was the last push I needed to start buying. That shows to me that the Board is in the process of building a stronger BOD & Mgmt team.
I note some negativity toward Gino and Russell but, as major shareholders, they will be motivated to turn this around so I am happy to wait and see what the next corporate move will be.
