The Winsome spinoff IPO is looking at about $18m. MTC shareholders will get about half of that value.
It means the Lithium project can move fwd without MTC needing to raise capital if they had 100% retained it.
It also allows them to fund the Sturec gold project as well without really needing to raise either.
Chris Evans also seems to be saying that the distribution of Winsome IPO shares to MTC shareholders may be greater than the 1 to 3.4 MTC mentioned.
