If the company get's suspended there will not be any TO. If... And if you think these kind of dodgy practices does not happen, you can go back, let's say, a decade, and see how many companies have entered suspension to never return, when some chinese entities entered the top 20. Not nominating a member to the board is just an easy way to do it. The easiest one, as a matter of fact.
That does not mean it will happen that way with MTC. But the risk is there. The resignation of the third board member today does not cut the mustard. Can be for a few reasons, and none is good.
