Cheap as chips with a massive footprint and expensive/time consuming airborne magnetics already done, as well as permitting done!

I do like that the vendor payments are primarily performance based and even tied to the share price itself, leaves practically no downside.

I also like that it's an extension of Bay Lake. The only reason to extend a project instead of looking anywhere else is if the intention is production and feeding the same processing plant

Also: 'Comprehensive update....for Lithium and Cobalt projects', I'm assuming the quarterly will be fun-packed.
