Yes, there are muck piles all over the area waiting to be processed.
There is already a mill and refinery in Cobalt, with permits to handle the high arsenic one found in the area. The only permitted cobalt refinery in North America. It's owned by First Cobalt and should be recommissioned soon.
They have their own feed stock from their muck piles but there may be opportunity for others to process theirs as well, I don't know. They are our competition but need income too.
Rusty Lake has a decent pile ready to go.
