For some background, the reason why the vendors are selling is because Bay Lake was first acquired 50-50 to look for Gold and didn't find any.
They only have a CAD$2.9M Market Cap so clearly they can't raise funds to pivot themselves into a battery minerals company hence the cheap sale for an interest appealing to them: Any profits from the NSR/performance milestones actually makes good returns for them on such a microscopic market cap.
