A good acquisition at a reasonable upfront cost with terms that force MTC to actually proactively explore the tenement in year one and two.
Deferred consideration payments are OK, much of which are tied to SP performance and defining a resource. All considered, a small dilution (1.5% approx), CAD$200k outlay for purchase and CAD$800k on in-ground exploration over the next two years.
Hopefully this is a turning point for what has been a very frustrating period (last 6 to 12 months) for MTC shareholders.
