CSIRO haven’t licensed the technology to CET/CML. CET/CML have bought it & own it fully after years of development collaboration.
On this basis, MTC would not get a license, they would get the rights to use in their project.
As far as the use in other jurisdictions go, you would assume that it would be to their projects only.
You would expect that for any sales/distribution rights, MTC would need to be able to demonstrate a capability in this space & a willingness other miners in those jurisdictions to buy from them. To my knowledge, that’s not their core business
if it’s not as a sales channel, Why would CML/CET give exclusive usage to just one mining company in region of 100’s that can’t use Cyanide.
