Nah its all good. I hate to break it to ya, but workers are responsible for their own safety. IF you see something unsafe, down tools, and tell management it has to be fixed. IF they dont, quit.
Fact is most people are situationally unaware, its a nightmare to get people to be safety conscious. Dont believe me? Go to the CBD and watch pedestrians at the traffic lights.
