Yup for sure. It's my understanding that cobalt is largely a by product of nickel and copper. And as a result it's a mineral that can't be mined super quick ? Or fast tracked? And it's the smallest maybe the most critical part to the Li battery. All this in my mind makes cobalt a bit more valuable than Lithium... however I do see that Lithium mine stocks like AVZ are miles ahead of MEI in terms of SP price sure there are other factors, but AVZ have MIchel langsford and Klauce who are champions of social media and you can see what an impact ML's tweets make on the SP price...
