Dear or dear, what a hopeless combination. I have no confidence in the new chairman and the make up of the new board.

I was considering topping up my holding again, having made a good profit this year by selling in the mid teens what I had bought at less than 10c. But not for a while will I do that now.

They need board members that can help them strengthen up areas where they are week and where they need to make progress. That is with government relations, community relations, and improving their grasp of environmental concerns as well as getting on with drilling conventional and non-conventional. What they don't need is more 'top-end of town' directors with little grasp of the details that are necessary to make the business work.

Leaves me wondering what the next creative pitch is going to be to investors as they will need to raise more funds in 2014.

I think it is time for another shareholder putsch and EGM! It almost worked last time!
