When you think about it, it isn't too far removed from just changing the name of the beneficial holder of MEL's BYE shares from 'MEL' to 'MEL shareholders'.....plus a small back pat of cash. In-specie distribution plus cash or additional shares. Would only give Purcell circa 10m BYE shares, which would give him next to no influence.
